The only major downfall to my stay was the bedbugs in my room. Other than that everything was great and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and kind.

This hotel was good value for money. The rooms were nice, good size, clean. The pool was a nice size considering the size of the hotel and also clean.

The rooms look newly conditioned and the hotel pool is very nice and clean. Service staff are not so freiendly and don't seems to understand english.

The hotel is located several minutes walking distance from the pier but it is situated close to all the shops and all the night life.

On our floor rested group of young people who apparently mistook a hotel with a bar and a highly noisy and constantly wrong door at night. It would be nice to visitors at night do not disturb each other. Also, the pool was a bit rubbish from the same group of young people who are lying right next to sunbeds. But everything else was great. �

The location of this resort is perfect. It is very convenient to go anywhere from the resort. The swimming pool is a bit small but very clean.

my visit was during busy season so very expensive, but this was a very good hotel. pool was beautiful. very good location.

I think the hotel was great overall however I will not stay there again as we had friends staying on the island and we were not allowed to bring them back to our hotel. My friend was turned away at 10pm when she came into my room, it was just me and her. Really disappointing.

overall very pleased with our stay. Breakfast was terrific. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Perhaps the pool bar could have been open to serving drinks during the day/evening. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Phi Phi, your hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff we're very helpful and friendly and the breakfasts we're good. The hotel was easy to find and we welcomed the member of staff who met us at the pier to help with our bags especially as it was raining heavily. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice.

We stayed at the PP Palmtree for three nights in Feb 2012. The hotel was exactly what was advertised - it was definitely one of the best hotels in Tonsai Village. The location was great, right in the centre of the action between the two bays, near excellent shops, restaurants and bars. The pool was a great bonus, the breakfast was nice and the staff were fine to deal with - there was someone waiting for us at the pier to help with our luggage and guide us to the hotel and the same when we left. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy. I was very satisfied with my stay, everything went very smoothly - no problems at all. I also found it very easy to book through Thai Tour, and their staff were very helpful with answering my queries. Thanks for helping me plan an unforgettable holiday! Adrienne, Melbourne, Australia

The location of the hotel is good. There is now free WiFi which is standard today in most of the hotel. Anyhow when we wanted to buy a voucher the hotel didn't had the short term voucher and they always promised they will have it the next day but did not even after 3 days.
